- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in design and bring-up of hardware for post silicon validation of SoCs.
- Experience driving HDI and multi-layer PCBs from concept and component selection to stack-up optimization, SIPI, Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and limited production.
- Experience in intricate power delivery network design for low voltage and high current rails with signal and power integrity concepts.
- Experience with electrical parameters for debugging HSIOs or other commonly used communication protocols using High speed oscilloscopes, BERT, or System Management Unit (SMU).
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, with an emphasis on computer architecture.
- 12 years of experience with PCB hardware design and bring-up for system level test and HSIO test hardware including mobile/compute SoCs, FPGA etc.
- Experience in leading a team of engineers to provide an optimal hardware solution for HSIO characterization, SLT or ATE requirements with Linux bring-up.
- Experience in mobile or compute chipset validation platform development and bring-up with probe cards and robotic handlers.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time as needed.
- Enable Google's future products by owning electrical hardware system design and validation from concept to production.
- Architect and drive high density, high speed and feature electrical hardware/Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) to enable complete electrical characterization (e.g., High Speed IO (HSIO) and Account Management Service) of complex SoCs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver a successful high volume production screen hardware for ATE and SLT.
- Work with ATE, SLT and Handler vendors to create test fixtures, prototype boards, bench solutions and automated robotic handler-based ATE and SLT solutions for manufacturing screens.
