  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, and/or product marketing.
  • Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects, including senior executives and product or engineering teams.
  • Data-driven marketing experience driving A/B testing and optimization, and analyzing metrics and user insights to strategize, develop and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience launching marketing solutions and testing channels to reach key audiences.
  • Experience creating marketing campaigns through creative, design and copywriting.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience partnering closely with multiple product and engineering counterparts to develop new marketing capabilities and influence decisions.
  • Mobile, e-commerce, and/or digital entertainment experience.
  • Experience designing from scratch, then launching and scaling out global programs that drive conversions.
  • SEO and Social Marketing channels experience.
  • Deep interest in the behavioral economics behind user decisions, as well as market-specific needs and nuances.

From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

As a Marketing Manager, you turn browsers into buyers by creating awareness and excitement around promotional offers through multiple marketing channels.

You work well with cross-functional partners across Product Managers, Engineering, UX, and more, by bringing strategic marketing experience and strong analytical skills to build scalable programs that meet the needs of our users. You will use data and experimentation to drive growth, with testing and iterating in your DNA.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of global Growth Marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and engagement.
  • Develop insights (user flows, growth models, etc.) to identify opportunities that feed into our business strategies.
  • Build strong relationships and partner closely with product management, engineering, marketing, merchandising, partnership, and designer teams to deploy targeted, impactful campaigns in line with program KPIs.
  • Devise and execute testing strategies to improve engagement, proactively evaluate and present results of your programs, and make recommendations.
  • Reinforce our voice in cross-channel promotional and educational campaigns that span the Play store, emails, and notifications, and conceptualize creative solutions to automate content sourcing and delivery.
