- Manage the orders for spares manufactured parts through on time visibility of demand in the system and ensuring proper date alignment.
- Provide solutions for faster turnaround of parts such as utilizing global inventory, use of alternative materials or change in sourcing.
- Work with Production Planning per site to prioritize orders based on customer need.
- Collaborate with different groups to identify sourcing alternatives particularly on aging orders.
- Perform audit function for outlier dates and invalid parts or owner.
- Drives actions to improve on time delivery to customer.
- Standardize processes for ISS Planning
