Job Summary: In our Packaging department, we assemble cores using both purchased and in-house produced materials to meet customer requirements. We employ a variety of tools to aid in the construction of parts that are manufactured within our cleanroom. We collaborate with Engineering teams to assist in the creation of new products and procedures, as well as to resolve any issues that may arise. This position is strictly on-site, with the incumbent working in a class 10,000 cleanroom during their shift. The role is for the first shift, and the candidate must be a U.S. citizen to gain access to the premises. We are currently looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and capable of performing meticulous work to join our team as an Electrical Manufacturing Technician III at our Princeton, NJ location. Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Sit for extended periods under a stereo microscope to perform assembly tasks.
- Reading and Interpreting Drawings:
- Understand and follow drawings and work instructions to assemble required parts.
- Operate K&S autobonders and manual bonders for builds.
- Use other cleanroom equipment, including Vacuum ovens, Auto-Dispenser, Plasma cleaners, Miyachi welder, and MRSI pick and place.
- Responsible for data entry related to jobs processed in SAP and PMEMs.
- This role combines precision, technical skills, and attention to detail.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for internal communication across various interfaces.
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required. eCFR :: 22 CFR 120.62 -- U.S. person.
- High School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Must have keen near vision and steady hands.
- IPC-J-STD-001 Certification
- Works well in a diverse team
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Eager and Quick learner is highly desirable
- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
- Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
- Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
