THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. The Digital Manager will play a pivotal role in driving online traffic and enhancing our digital presence across various platforms. This individual will be responsible for overseeing paid media campaigns, optimizing website performance, and implementing strategies to improve search engine visibility. Additionally, the Digital Manager will manage paid search and paid social advertising efforts to maximize ROI and drive engagement. 

Responsibilities:

Paid Media Management: 

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies to increase website traffic and brand visibility.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. 

Website Management: 

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement website enhancements and improvements.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track website performance metrics and identify areas for optimization. 

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): 

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization to enhance website visibility.
  • Stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithm changes to ensure our strategies remain effective.

Paid Search (PPC): 

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management to maximize campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and performance metrics to achieve desired outcomes. 

Paid Social: 

  • Create and manage paid social advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Develop targeting strategies, ad creatives, and campaign objectives to reach the desired audience segments.
  • Analyze campaign results and optimize targeting parameters and ad creatives for improved performance. 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media, SEO, and website management.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, 6Sense, LinkedIn Ads, Wordpress, Drift, SEMrush or something similar etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00, depending on location and experience.
