Job Description
  • Lead and guide cross-regional teams throughout NORAM and APAC, providing them with direction, support, and development opportunities.  
  • Drive the transformation of our team to a proactive, service-oriented center of excellence.  
  • Foster a sense of community and belonging within our organization, creating an inclusive and engaging workplace environment.  
  • Plan and coordinate events, activities, and initiatives that encourage collaboration, networking, and employee well-being.  
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize the impact of local events, both in-person and virtual.  
  • Develop strategies to create a safe, positive, productive, and functional workplace 
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, executives, external partners, and vendors.  
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and optimize the employee journey.  
  • Liaise and align with local Leadership Teams to stay updated on business needs, flagging potential conflicts, and providing coordination at the site level as needed. 

This role is based out of our Waltham Office and requires min. 4 days onsite per week 


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: 

  • 8+ years of relevant experience 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Excellent people skills with the ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in a high-paced work environment 
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and communication skills (verbal and written)
