This is an onsite role in Winston-Salem, NC. This role is not eligible for relocation benefits. Primary Responsibilities:
- Autonomously oversees accurate entry, time-efficient processing, and appropriate follow-up of warranty orders and effectively communicates status reports across multiple platforms.
- Manage the entry of warranty credits, submit all credit requests to the appropriate finance department, and follow up with the returned credit to Customer managers.
- Assist with shipping and receiving parts, issuing certification paperwork (8130), and managing warehouse inventory.
- Create and maintain Return Material / Goods Authorization (e.g. RGA / RMA).
- Collaborate with procurement and shipping team to meet the needs of our engineers and managers and every level of management across the organization.
- Actively prepare and engage in requested meetings.
- Manage special projects or support process improvement initiatives.
- Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.6
- Typing efficiency (50 WMP)
