What you’ll do at Jamf:

At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and analysing Marketing programs specifically designed to develop the sales pipeline for Jamf’s Japanese market. In this role, they will ensure that marketing efforts are successfully executed, appropriately placed, and coordinated with company initiatives

 

What you can expect to do in this role:

  • Planning -- campaign program activities, aimed to accelerate pipeline growth in Japan through direct demand generation tactics.
  • Project execution - this is a hands-on role. You'll be tasked with executing demand generation activities and collaborating with your colleagues across the global marketing team to develop your skills and knowledge across platforms.
  • Website: Work with the global Marketing team to keep the Japan website up-to-date with relevant messaging and content for prospects, in addition other critical audiences (i.e. customers, partners, etc.). Further, work with the global demand generation team to create landing pages that aim to acquire acquire and convert leads through trial requests from Search Engine Advertising and other programs, such as content syndication. Analyze website traffic and leads acquired.  
  • Media Plan: Create annual plan, organized by quarters, to increase awareness, educate about products and solutions, generate demand and acquire leads. Media plan to include search ads, content syndication, gated content, social media and other digital advertising, and creative development including key words and copies.
  • Content Production: Create local case studies, white papers, and other marketing materials, working with the global team of writers as well as customers and channel partners. 
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, summarise key findings, recommend and make timely adjustments when necessary
  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives using tools including Salesforce, Monday.com and Google Analytics
  • Work alongside the SDR's and QBR's  - briefing them regularly on lead gen activities relevant to them and ensuring your plans align with the Regional Sales Manager's business plan for the territory
  • Proofreading translated material ensuring collateral is accurate and representative of Jamf's brand voice.
  • As a Jamf employee you will be expected to travel up to 20% to attend events specific to your role include international travel.

What we are looking for:

  • 4 Year /Bachelor’s Degree preferred; a combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working in B2B demand generation/marketing roles, preferably in the IT sector. (Required)
  • Strong communication skills in English & Japanese
  • Proven record of successfully completing large projects (Required)
  • Experience in media planning and buying (Required)
  • Experience with interacting, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships (Required)
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical terms in an easy to understand, non-technical manner
  • Technical aptitude and desire for continuous learning and advancement
  • Self-starter, energetic multi-tasker, highly motivated and team player
  • Creative problem-solver
  • Proven ability to work with departments across an organization
