ABOUT YOUR ROLE: Responsible for supporting the quality of services within the agency regional area programs, participating in the global quality of service, and guiding the Clinical Supervisors clinical development, and reach across all program in the company. DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED EDUCATION, LICENSES AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • Masters degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or similar human services field
  • BCBA Certificate
  • Licensed in this Commonwealth inoneof the following:
    • Psychiatrist
    • Psychologist
    • Professional Counselor (LPC)
    • Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with a mental health certification (CRNP)
    • Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
    • Social Worker (LSW)
    • Behavior Specialist (LBS)
    • or other professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services
  • At least 5 years of experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Prior experience developing and implementing clinical programming based in the principles of ABA is preferred
