- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a technology contracting, deal desk, legal, or sales operations environment.
- Experience in developing, drafting, redlining, and agreements discussions.
- Experience developing agreements (e.g., drafting, redlining, discussing agreements) at a technology firm.
- Analytical and problem solving experience.
- Knowledge of financial modeling, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Ability to present analyses/summaries in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ability to critically think and effectively execute on various transactions throughout the business cycle.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to Google Cloud’s Sales Teams in the development and execution of commercial structures for strategic, complex or highly competitive direct and partner-sourced opportunities.
- Facilitate alignment and communication between Google Cloud’s Sales Teams and other internal and external stakeholders to promptly resolve business and contractual issues and foster productive interactions.
- Support customers, internal and external, with contract interpretation, agreements, and administration of Google Cloud’s licensing and service agreements including amendments, extensions, new business, invoicing, receivable issues, and consolidations.
- Validate all aspects of contractual packages for accuracy and compliance with Google Cloud’s Business Practices and approvals process.
- Cultivate best practices through analyses, projects, and reporting contributing to the continued growth and scale of Google Cloud’s field sales operation.
