Date Posted:2024-04-16 Country:United States of America Location:HNC32: US096-Winston-Salem (Oak Plaza 190 Oak Plaza Boulevard , Winston-Salem, NC, 27105 USA Position Role Type:Onsite Interiors - Aircraft Seating is seeking to add a highly motivated and driven Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to our team. This position is responsible for working with the Seating value stream and functional leaders to improve collaboration, achieve process improvements, and provide financial recommendations. The scope of this role will require interactions with all 4 Seating value streams (Main Cabin, Premium Cabin, First Class, and Executive) in addition to our global footprint across several manufacturing sites. In this role, the candidate will contribute to the monthly forecast, annual operating plan, and strategic financial business plan. Opportunities for exposure and presentations to leadership will occur regularly. This is an onsite role in Winston-Salem, NC. Eligible for relocation. Primary Responsibilities
- Team lead for financial reporting to Interiors FP&A group.
- Assist with forecast & plan presentations to Interiors executive leadership.
- Drive efficiencies through process improvements and develop robust reporting.
- Support Operations & Supply Chain leadership with analysis and recommendations.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify and drive cost savings initiatives.
- Support ad-hoc requests to deliver business insights and enhance decision-making.
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
- Finance work experience to include a background in financial analysis, planning, program finance, budgeting, or accounting.
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Establishes good working relationships within all levels of the organization.
- Ability to problem solve and analyze large data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and OneStream reporting systems.
- Be on a career break of one or more year at time of application
- Have prior experience in functional area of interest
