Job Description: Pitney Bowes is now hiring a Full Time Direct Hire Warehouse Facility Process Trainer (Bilingual / Spanish) position in our Atlanta, GA Facility. Warehouse Facility Process Trainer 6:00pm - 2:30am Sunday - Thursday Hourly base rate: $20.00 per hourShift differential:  An additional $1.00 per hour for working 2nd Shift You are:   The Warehouse Operations Trainer is responsible for consistently training all critical warehouse processes to newly onboarded associates and tenured associates requiring updated training.  You will:  Provide training in area listed below: 
  • All training areas will receive the overall steps 
  • Physical process steps 
  • Error Management 
  • Exception Handling 
  • Systemic Application Steps 
  • Compliance Training  
  • Safety 
  • Document Control 
  • Utilization of Hardware 
  • Conveyor Systems  
  • RF Scanning Devices 
  • Depending on Assigned Area of Specialty detailed steps for the following: 
  • Parcel Induction processes.  
  • Receiving processes 
  • Floor Loading Trailers 
  • Exception Processing 
  • Communication Processes 
  • Ticket submissions 
  • Auditing 
  • Compliance 
  • Containerization 
  • Assist with Quality Assurance functions (Audits, Exception Logs, Scale Compliance 
  • Constructively watches employees and provides feedback on a regular basis. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 
  • Adheres to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties. 
  • Helps ensure time goals and productivity goals consistently met for the department. 
   Your background:  As a Warehouse Operations Trainer, you have: 
  • The ability to read and follow directions 
  • Documented experienced leader 
  • Excellent listening skills 
  • The ability to work in a high paced environment 
  • The ability to work a flexible work schedule 
  • Familiarity with Word, Excel, Email, and WMS interface 
  • The ability to read and follow directions 
  • The ability to be highly organized  
  • The ability to be a team player  
  • Strong Communication Skills 
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations.  
  • The ability to walk and stand 80% of the time with or without accommodation.  
  • The ability to stoop, and bend 80% of the time with or without accommodation.  
  • Basic enough understanding of English to be able to understand and follow safety and other operational directions communicated in English, irrespective of your native language 
Preferred: 
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish 
  • Experience within the logistics or parcel shipping industry preferred
