About the position:

We are searching for an Operations leader to join our Customer Solution Group (CSG) Operations team. The CSG Operations team handles Program, Projects, Tools, and Data Analytics for all CSG functions, which includes Education, Partner Success, Professional Services, Support, and Customer Success. As the hands-on manager, you will lead a team os Specialists and Program Managers, providing coaching and mentorship, overseeing projects, and driving operational work. We are seeking a versatile leader who will play a pivotal part in developing and enhancing our operations, starting with a focus on our Education function, known as the Netskope Academy.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Player-Coach, actively participating in projects, programs and daily operational initiatives alongside your team
  • Act as the operational leader for the Netskope Academy, ensuring the successful scaling and delivery of training for customers, partners, and employees
  • Manage a team of operations specialists, spread across time zones, responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of programs
  • Coordinates job assignments and cross-training between and within CSG
  • Responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating employee performance through performance reviews 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across CSG to understand their needs and requirements, providing guidance and consultation to translate these needs into actionable projects and outcomes 
  • Act as a partner to business stakeholders, ensuring projects and programs are correctly prioritized, defined and executed to deliver high-value results 
  • Develop a deep understanding of our data, including operational metrics, KPIs, and workflows, providing actionable recommendations to enhance operations and improve the overall customer, partner and employee experience

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Operations, Program Management, or related fields, including people management experience
  • Direct experience with Training / Education programs and LMS tools 
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analysis skills, coupled with critical thinking abilities to enable you to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations 
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team
  • Experience working with internal teams, such as Finance, Channels, Sales, Procurement, and IT
  • Direct experience working B2B customer facing teams or operations is a huge plus
  • Experience with project or program management, delivering measurable results to senior management across teams and functions
  • Experience working with datasets, managing business metrics, and KPIs 
  • Solid understanding of data analysis and driving business operations through metrics
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective presentation of findings and recommendations
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
