Broker Data Analyst Platform Solutions delivers a suite of centralized resources for our investment professionals, including broker research and data, corporate access, and alternative data. We are looking to add a dynamic and motivated Broker Data Analyst to our team. You will collaborate with the firm’s brokers to build and innovate on their existing data offerings. You will have the opportunity to develop 1x1 relationships with, not only the firm’s brokers, but the investment professionals and technologists as well. You will help to drive the constant evolution of the Platform Solutions team as the firm grows and contribute creative ideas on delivering resources to our investment professionals at scale. Responsibilities:

• Identify new potential datasets and facilitate the onboarding of existing datasets within the broker data landscape
• Draw upon internal feedback as well with broker product teams to help drive development of new datasets
• Work closely with our data technologists to drive productization of content
• Profile datasets, send internal notifications, and raise awareness amongst businesses management and investment professionals of new potential offerings
• Build a brand as the broker data expert with deep knowledge of each broker’s offering
• Develop high value relationships both externally with senior leadership and data teams at our brokers, as well as internally with business management, investment professionals, and data science and engineering
• With the successful execution of the above responsibilities, additional responsibilities may include expansion in scope to other external data sources and engagement with investment professionals on their broader data needs

Qualifications/Skills Required:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in finance, ideally with equities market structure and products
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical, methodical, and structured approach with strong attention to detail
• Excellent organization and time management skills to manage high volumes of work
• Intellectually curious and creative person seeking constant challenge and improvement
• Ability to handle pressure and energized high performance work cultures
• Great teammate with strong collaboration skills
• SQL and python skills a plus

The estimated base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $250,000 which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
