Sanitation Lead – Full Time, 3rd Shift Seeking a motivated Sanitation Lead to join our team. Responsible for overseeing and completing sanitation processes in a fast-paced environment. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
- 3rd shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM; must be willing to work weekends.
- Starting hourly pay of $24.17, plus shift differential.

- Yearly reviews and raises; overtime available.
- Monitors, trains, and assists with Sanitation employees’ daily activities.
- Inspects, oversees, and assists with the sanitation of equipment, machinery, and rooms.
- Assists with ordering sanitation supplies and coordinates placement of supply deliveries.
- Completes sanitation logs and oversees labeling of sanitation containers.
- Communicates with other departments on pre-ops, changeovers, activities, and equipment repair requests.
- Plans daily and weekly crewing levels and monitors employee attendance.
- Ensures that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are followed and the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance are promoted.
- Follows all company policies & procedures as well as the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
- Ability to work overtime, irregular hours, or rotating shifts, required.
- 1 year of experience overseeing Sanitation processes or 5+ years working in Sanitation, preferred.
- High School Diploma/GED, preferred.
- Ability to do heavy lifting in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to do basic math and use calculators.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety documents, operating instructions, and manuals.
- Speak, write, and understand English.
