In the Software Engineering– Web Development role, you’ll be a key contributor to the growth of our portal platform and the applications with in it.  Experience in modern JavaScript frameworks, .NET and/or Java and database experience is required. A solid understanding of enterprise architecture concepts and ability to work closely with customers are key to success in this role. **This position is a Hybrid role located in either Cedar Rapids, IA or Charlotte, NC. First 6 months will be 3 days onsite ** What YOU will do:

• You will develop & Support Enterprise applications using .Net, Java, and ReactJS technology.
• You will develop unit tests and provides code coverage to accurately test business logic and functionality.
• You will collaborate with other developers, product owners, and designers to deliver solutions.
• You will effectively communicate with customers.
• You will accurately estimate project tasks and timelines.
• You will work with architects and senior developers to create scalable, extensible, and sustainable solutions.
• You will build CI/CD pipelines, works with DevOPS team, for streamlined and effective deployments. Troubleshoot build issues and support deployments.
• You will enhance technical acumen through research, user groups and professional development.

Education & Experience:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications you must have:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
• 3+ plus years of experience with C#. NET and SQL.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
