Current expectations would be to work onsite 3-4 days per week. However, the amount of onsite days per week could fluctuate and is flexible depending on business needs. This position may be eligible for relocation Primary Responsibilities:
- Close manufacturing work orders and review/research variances of same.
- Update missing standard costs in E1.
- Update Cycle Counts.
- Review incoming freight transactions and validate for accuracy.
- Review incoming freight exception handling.
- Monitor Integrity reports and make corrections, as needed, including, but not limited to:
- GL inventory classification,
- Perpetual inventory balances (negative balances & *OPS),
- Missing costs on Open PO,
- Unposted E1 Batches,
- Open and “Stale” work orders,
- Receipts Routing Aging
- Review WIP balances and Aging, address as required with Operations Manager.
- Provide weekly Scrap and Rework analysis with QA.
- Provide reporting on:
- Absorption (weekly),
- Utilization Rate (monthly),
- Cycle Count Aging and Coverage (weekly),
- Sales to Forecast (bi-weekly),
- PDPR (Repair Station, monthly),
- Month-End closing JE’s.
- Blackline account reconciliation.
- End of month P&L variance review.
- Annual Cost Roll.
- General system enhancements (i.e. automation/standardization) and process improvements.
- Ad Hoc reporting as required by S&S, Interiors, Collins and RTX.
- Assist Controller with forecasting activities, including CapEx and RDC.
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
