Position:HR Intern, PayrollJob Description:You will join the team of payroll analysts supporting payroll processes for EMEA countries. Having an opportunity to work with experienced payroll specialists you will have an insight of daily tasks in the Payroll Department of an international company. You will have the possibility to improve your language skills while working with people from different countries. An open-minded person with team spirit is wanted for the position of Payroll Intern.What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?
  • Assist in payroll and pension administrative tasks by cooperating with experienced payroll analysts
  • Monitor payroll tickets using the ticketing tool (HR Connect)
  • Assist in maintaining employee payroll files and archiving to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Assist in checking payroll input for data entry accuracy.
  • Assist in gathering payroll data by generating reports from HR and Time and Absence systems.
  • Perform data analysis by working on various reports in Excel
  • Assist in maintaining process documentation
  • Cooperation with internal and external Arrow stakeholders
What Are We Looking For?
  • Student/Graduate a bachelor's or master's degree program;
  • Very good command of MS Office, especially in MS Excel;
  • Good English skills, both in spoken and written (B2 level);
  • Attention to detail and data analysis experience;
  • A person who is innovative, process-oriented, open-minded, and willing to learn;
  • Previous working experience is not a 'must' but will be a plus;
