- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in an advertising sales, business development, or online media environment.
- Experience in business, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
- Experience in cross-collaborative stakeholder management.
- Experience driving business growth and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Manage clients and identify leads through provided account list.
- Manage a business growth pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success.
- Build data-driven client and agency plans, to develop and deliver advertising solutions to optimize customers’ accounts, and contribute to the growth and direction of Google’s products and services.
- Deliver on goals while prioritizing and delivering a positive customer experience to Google's advertisers.
