Job Role: This role is crucial for presenting evidence of improvement activities through reporting data and analysis to a wide business and IT audience. Responsibilities:

• Track & report metric performance against SLAs and drive improvements to enhance service levels.
• Understand service delivery and end-user technology.
• Use specialized knowledge in Power BI, Service Now, and other tools to generate reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Interpret data to provide knowledge and insight, identifying the reasons behind the numbers.
• Apply critical thinking skills for impact analysis and root cause analysis.
• Create and manage data pipelines as needed, ensuring reliable data flow from multiple sources for further data processing or data visualization.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data pipelines.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate systems and data effectively and ensure consistency of data delivery and utilization across the business.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. The standard working hours for this role currently are from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am, local Manila time. When the work necessitates it, you may be required to work outside of the prescribed work hours.  Visa reserves the right to adjust the  standard working hours in future based on the business requirements Qualifications Basic Qualifications

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Power BI/Tableau etc.)
• Experience in using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Proficiency in Database concepts, SQL and expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Experience coding in VBA. Fully proficient in Microsoft office tools, with special focus on Microsoft Excel and its analytical capabilities (e.g. Macros/Visual Basic, pivot tables, data slicers etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with presentation skills including executive materials to senior management preferred.
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
• Proven ability to identify reporting gaps and create meaningful reports from scratch.
• Experience in end user technologies including collaboration, video, desktop, voice, MS product suite, SharePoint, etc. is required
• Highly driven, resourceful and results oriented.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
