This position will be out of Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO. Position Overview: The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program integrates the Missile Defense System. It is a vital operational system that enables the U.S. president, secretary of defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels to systematically plan ballistic missile defense operations, to see the battle develop collectively, and to dynamically manage designated networked sensors and weapons systems to achieve global and regional mission objectives. C2BMC supports a layered missile defense capability that enables an optimized response to threats of all ranges in all phases of flight. C2BMC is the force multiplier that globally and regionally networks integrate, synchronizing autonomous sensor and weapon systems and operations to optimize performance. C2BMC is integral to all system ground and flight tests, which verify and exercise all current and future missile defense system capabilities.The position is in a fast-paced, dynamic environment near Colorado Springs at Schriever Space Force Base. Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and gathering an understanding of system requirements and software functionality. Essential Functions:
  • Create and improve written processes and documentation.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for developers and testers seeking technical assistance.
  • Integrate JEMINI Lab test suites in our development lab.
  • Assist software development personnel with investigating and resolving issues; develop configurations to support tests and prototypes of developing systems.
  • Troubleshoot test and prototype issues.
  • Develop troubleshooting procedures and work-around documents.
  • Review and provide feedback on system specifications, development, test, and network documents as necessary, and represent the Integration team.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to describe technical jargon to a lower level.
  • Knowledgeable in Linux and scripting.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques.
  • Understanding of automation.
  • Hands-on experience with DoD integration processes, Agile and DevOps methodologies, and automated test tools.
Basic Qualifications: Please note your updated security clearance and IAT/relevant certifications on your resume if applicable.
  • An active Secret clearance is required to start with the ability to obtain TS clearance.
  • 2 years with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 0 years with a Master's degree in Computer Science or related field; 6 years experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Must possess a DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA)
  • Previous experience as a SW Tester/Integrator
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active TS clearance is highly desired.
  • Experience in the integration of system components within a test environment.
  • Familiarity with virtualized systems and implementation.
  • Scripting in bash, python, etc.
  • Experience with Ansible.
  • Experience with Windows Server and PowerShell scripting Software deployment and testing.
  • Best practice security design and implementation.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
