Hearst Connecticut Media Group (HCMG) is seeking a passionate Advertising Director in New Haven, CT. This is great opportunity to join a team of winning, competitive sales leaders that are forging a growth path within our 12 billion Dollar Company. This role is hybrid (3 days a week in office) and will require to office out of our Meriden CT location.
- Recruiting & developing top sales talent, along with showing your own passion for sales
- Working in an engaging and competitive industry with other top sales management professionals
- Creating strategies & brainstorming ideas to exceed sales goals while making sure our clients come first
- Managing and selling with a team of motivational sellers
- Maintain a positive team culture while motivating the team to achieve goals
- Experience in a selling Sales Management role with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and effective leadership
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience
- Proactive strategic thinking with a strong sales mentality and creative problem-solving skills
- Track record of developing new business/exceeding revenue targets
- Strong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive results
