We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Representative to support Garden of Life, NPG Solgar, and other assigned specialty brands. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional service to independent and key account retail locations, as well as assigned national accounts within your specified territory. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily on-site visits to retail locations within the defined territory, focusing on consultative selling of concepts such as category management, brand block sets, and quarterly business planning.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key personnel at each retail location, continuously providing product and brand education to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.
- Understand and effectively present strategic and conceptual retail programs to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
- Collaborate consistently with co-workers, regional team members, and management to ensure alignment and achieve shared objectives.
- Produce accurate and timely weekly/monthly reports, and actively participate in regional conference calls to provide updates and insights.
- Perform other duties as required to support the sales and service efforts.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in outside and/or retail sales.
- Ability to travel extensively, approximately 5 days a week, within the assigned territory.
- Industry and product knowledge is helpful, but not required.
- Proficient in multitasking and effectively managing responsibilities from a remote home office.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and drive results.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proven revenue generation skills to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Exceptional relationship building and customer service skills to establish and maintain strong partnerships.
- Proficiency in computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams).
