Associate Software Engineer, Noida, India

Department - Application Development team, Analytical Services - MOODY'S RMS

Objective - Will be part of team responsible for designing and developing the applications for automation and improvement of existing processes using Microsoft technology. As a Software Engineer, this will be an opportunity to play a key role in designing, developing, and furthermore innovating altogether.

Key Accountabilities & Deliverables:

Provide a middle-level contribution to a team responsible for the design, development, and implementation of applications to automate and improve processes of the services team
Collaborate with engineers, Product/Project Managers and operations leads to develop effective tools and applications, following coding, documentation, and design standards
Participate in internal/cross team meetings, requirements gathering, defining scope, decision making and technical documentation
Innovate, design and develop extensible and reusable applications to specification
Work with multi-technologies
Demonstrated ability to produce quality code and participate in unit/peer testing
Contribute to and/or assist in other activities such as UI design/development, database design, deployment/installation of components and services
Contribute to troubleshooting and enhancement of existing applications.

Requirements and Qualification:
MCA / BE (Computers or equivalent)
2+ years’ professional experience developing multi-tier, scalable, and high-performance applications using C# and other .NET technologies.
2+ year hands-on demonstrable experience in WPF, WCF, C#.Net. AWS
Angular experience will be added advantage.
2+ year hands-on demonstrable experience in SQL Server 2012/2014/2016
Conceptual ability
Ability to think innovatively.
Ability to work collaboratively with others.
Problem solving ability, along with mentorship/coaching.
Ability to perform in a multi-tasking, team-oriented environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible in terms of Shift Timings

Good to have:
Knowledge of Python and Power BI
Experience in developing both Windows and Web based application.
Experience in database administration activities
Exposure with International teams/clients would be an advantage.
Exposure with DevOps would be an advantage.
