Responsibilities:
* Analyzes business trends; leads and aligns financial forecasts and long-range planning processes with our business leaders. Drives business value by providing financial and analytical counsel to facilitate decision-making around strategic business initiatives.
* Prepares monthly financial reporting including variance and financial statement analysis. Able to clearly communicate a cohesive and concise story around business drivers behind financial data and potential implications on future results to the senior leadership.
* Maintain high level of attention to detail and focus on accuracy, due to the confidential nature and large volume of global compensation and headcount management.
* Manage and consolidate regional information flow to support global business management
* Propose process improvements on existing files to increase efficiency and effectiveness
* Identify process commonalities to align similar activities, where possible Provide support for annual compensation process and headcount management.
* Ensuring regular cadence of high quality, timely, credible and insightful reporting related to key business drivers. Liaising with global business partners to ensure management reporting is accurate and commentaries are relevant.
* Attend trainings to ensure required skills sets are updated.
* Assist with annual budget & quarterly forecast process.
* Assist with quarterly and monthly management reporting.
* Assist with analytics relating to turnover, headcount, compensation, promotions, Hires etc.
* Participate in special projects as assigned by Finance management
* Managing ad-hoc tasks, as required.
Qualifications:
* Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other business discipline.
* Excellent analytical and technical skills.
* Success Factors Reporting Tool skills desired.
* 3+ years of relevant experience with financial planning and analysis. Intermediate to advanced excel skills are necessary and experience with other Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) is required.
* Advanced English in both written and verbal communication skills
* Exposure to multidimensional reporting applications (Hyperion Planning and Essbase a plus) Must have strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Strong understanding of workflows and proactive in process improvement
* Comfortable with adapting multiple systems and performing research
