Summary:

In this role, you will provide support to the Data Management Platform to perform analyses and develop solutions based on thorough and comprehensive research and technical skills. You will perform cross-functional duties that include all critical, hands-on activities involved in auditing, reviewing, problem resolution and detailed reporting of data. You will present recommendations to management and external stakeholders and provide guidance in selecting alternatives with impact to the team/functional area’s bottom line. This position works with one of our providers, Captis.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data integrity of key data in the product master and Captis provider reports ensuring master data is accurate and complete.
  • Support the delivery of customized analyses, leveraging internal and external, raw and or published data, as well as structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Research and incorporate knowledge of best practices into identification of data sources and analysis of information.
  • Establish strong working relationships and active communication with key internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage expectations.
  • Present recommendations to internal and external stakeholders and help identify a course of action.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data integrity, quality and standards are followed.
  • Develop and maintain data sets and coordinate with others on dependencies.
  • Assignments are broad in nature, sometimes requiring originality, ingenuity, and initiative.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years of experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel required.
  • Experience in an analytical role or supply chain analytics preferred.
  • Experience with SQL and Power BI preferred.
  • Clinical experience is desired.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage time across multiple tasks working individually or as a member of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to self-motivate.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$51,900.00 - $75,150.00

This position is also incentive eligible.
