Work you'll do
In this role you will serve as a lead instructor and deliver continuity training and technical assistance for various federal and SLTT audiences. Additionally, you will support the development and revision of training courses and associated materials such as facilitator and student manuals. Other requirements may include program management tasks in support of the client's national training program. Topics and courses may include Continuity Planning, Continuity Program Management, Devolution, Continuity Planning for Tribal Governments, or other topics deemed necessary.

Together we create more resilient communities and responsive ecosystems through incident action planning, grant risk assessments, improving grant processes and operations, future and contingency planning, and data analytics.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active Top Secret security clearance required with SCI eligibility
- Must be local to Washington DC area and able to come onsite in the Washington DC area.
- FEMA Level I Professional Continuity Practitioner certification
- Ability to obtain FEMA Level II Master Continuity Practitioner certification
- 10+ years of experience with continuity of operations (COOP) and continuity of government (COG) planning and program concepts such as Business Impact Analysis and Business Process Analysis
- 10+ years of experience delivering training on topics related to continuity or emergency management
