Title: Assistant Director - Senior Business Analyst

Location: 211 S Gulph Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406

Duties: Participate in strategic projects for the firm which will deliver across multiple platforms. Work with large groups of stakeholders across projects and business lines to understand internal and external requirements, focusing on external user needs, on best practices, and on identifying ways to streamline user workflows and better integrate our various content sets. Participate in other projects affecting the website and other web applications on an as-needed basis to continually improve our customer offering. Support roadmap planning activities. Lead multiple, large-scale projects independently. Elicit business and technical requirements from stakeholders with appropriate prioritization and dependencies identified. Support user testing, participate in validation sessions. Act as a product lead in relevant Agile activities. Create and manage user acceptance plans. Develop and deliver technical support documentation and training. Act as an escalation point for technical and functional product questions raised by stakeholders and customers. Assist with pre- and post-sales support. Support achievement of sales target. Oversee and support more junior members of the team. Familiarity with KYC & Compliance. Assist feature and theme-based market research with clients. Facilitate internal communications and solicit product feedback from internal and external stakeholders. Capture and document user stories and acceptance criteria and server as day-to-day contact of engineering team on clarification of requirements.

Requirements: Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field plus five (5) years of experience as an Analyst, Associate, Consultant, or in a related technical position performing systems development, project management, UI design, or information architecture. Full term of experience must include the following: implementing software development lifecycle methodologies; utilizing knowledge of business requirements in capital markets to develop business process management solutions; documenting business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, data mapping and backlog prioritization; performing business process engineering, organizational change management, cost-benefit analyses, data modeling, normalization, and SQL queries; working with database technologies, including SQL; and working with cloud based customer relationship management applications, including Workday and Salesforce.com.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $128,773 to $141,350, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
