本ポジションは、パートナーマーケティングチームを率いるリーダーとして、Salesforceにおけるパートナービジネスを成長させるための戦略的マーケティング活動を指揮いただきます。社内のステークホルダー（アライアンス、マーケティング、グローバルマーケティングチーム等）と密にコミュニケーションを行い、統合パートナーマーケティング戦略・計画を立案・実行し、ビジネス目標の達成に貢献いただきます。パートナービジネスを通じた売上・パイプライン・リードの増加に加え、Salesforce エコシステムの拡大成長およびマーケットポジショニングの確立を通じて、パートナー企業と共にビジネスの成長を加速いただきます。
 

• GTM戦略・ビジネス目標に沿った統合パートナーマーケティング戦略およびプランの立案・実行

• パートナービジネスを成長させるための戦略的マーケティングアプローチとフレームワークの策定

• コンサルティングパートナー、SI、再販、テクノロジーパートナーなど様々なパートナー企業とのGTMを加速し、Salesforce パートナーエコシステムとビジネスを成長させるためのマーケティングプログラムの企画・実行およびリソースの管理

• プレイングマネージャーとしてパートナーマーケティングチームのマネジメント

• 戦略パートナーとの共同マーケティングプランの企画・実行

• 多様なパートナー企業と共同でGTM/マーケティングを推進するためのスケールプログラムの企画・実施

• テクノロジーパートナーを通じたビジネス成長を実現するためのマーケティングプログラムの企画・実施

• パートナー企業向けのマーケティングアセットやリソース、コミュニケーションの企画・管理

• パートナーマーケティングのKPI設定、効果測定と継続的な最適化

• アライアンスチームと連携しアライアンスビジネス戦略・目標の達成に向けたパートナーマーケティング施策の企画・実施

• 日本およびグローバルのマーケティングチームと連携し各種マーケティング施策におけるパートナープレゼンスとインパクトの最大化

• パートナーマーケティング予算管理とROIの最適化

必要なスキル・経験

• 12年以上のビジネス経験

• 10年以上のピープルマネジメント経験

• 7年以上のSaaS・IT製品のマーケティングまたはパートナービジネス、営業経験

• 多様なステークホルダーと連携し、部門を横断したイニシアチブをリードできるリーダーシップスキル・経験

• ビジネス戦略・目標に基づいて施策を立案・実行し、チームとして目標を達成・成功に導いた経験

• 知的好奇心を持って新しい知識やスキルを学び、常に成長することへの関心

• データに基づく分析と意思決定のスキル

• ビジネス英語
