May be a Cost Accountant and perform Cost Accountant duties.
Audit, review and verify accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records.
- Monitor and account for machinery held on consignment, ensuring accurate valuation and reporting.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for timely billing and settlement of consignment agreements.
- Administer service contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Verify invoices against contract terms and process payments accurately.

- Prepare financial reports related to fixed assets, consigned machinery, and service contracts.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
1 - 3 years accounting or related experience.
Knows and applies the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of accounting, to include general ledger experience.
Strong math and analytical skills.
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles are essential.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and function specific software.
Strong typing and data entry skills.
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
Knowledge of applicable state, federal and tax laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent audit skills.
