Compensation Analyst
Serve as the dedicated Compensation Analyst for the respective business unit, through cross-functional relationships within HR and partnerships with Finance, Legal and Compliance.
Responsibilities
•Support the global year-end bonus process and annual total compensation reviews through system preparation, testing, training, communication and analytical support
•Participate in various compensation surveys and work with consultants to benchmark compensation in financial services and other adjacent markets.
•Assist in the design of compensation programs and policies, including modeling financial costs and drafting communication materials
•Centrally administer the year-end compensation process for the firm via the bonus allocation systems
•Assist with the development and maintenance of year-end compensation models
•Support structuring of offers for Recruiting
•Maintain deferred compensation program, including grants, forfeiture, distribution, etc.
•Assist with compensation system configuration and administration; including UAT, data auditing and user support
•Participate in special projects as needed

Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
