The Analytics & Reporting Team plays a key role in unlocking insights to drive and track that growth with actionable dashboards that showcase the entire customer journey.

Your Day to Day   

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you would be working on: 

• Reporting: Research, analyze, develop, and maintain comprehensive and visually impressive dashboards for stakeholders, both internal and external to the GPT organization. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand pain points and requirements to drive automated and actionable reports.

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Collaborate with SMEs in cross-functional teams to understand data requirements to support technically efficient reporting with high levels of accuracy.

• Communication and Engagement: Present findings and insights to a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders to promote a data-driven culture by leading with data.

• Growth: Support continuous improvement of data-related operations by sharing, learning, and collaborating with team members to promote best practices and identify opportunities for enhancing and expanding our capacity to support the business with scalable strategies.

What We’re Looking For  

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, your background will look like:  

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics).

• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in the Business Intelligence Analyst domain.

• Prior & proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar.

• Proficiency and knowledgeable in Data Visualization tools. Tableau Desktop & Tableau Server experience is a plus.

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and big data.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
