As Associate Director Product Consultant in the Solutions Delivery team, you will be leading various implementation projects by supporting clients on our RESTful API’s and or SOAP-API’s and a number of CRM Connectors. You will be reporting directly to the Director of the European Solutions Delivery group, and will be expected to work collaboratively with other internal stakeholders. The Associate Director - Product Consultant will be expected to lead junior members of staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a small European team of professionals responsible for the consultation and implementation of our API’s and Connectors.
* Assess current staff and develop strengthening their skills and knowledge. Attract, hire, motivate, develop and retain talented staff.
* Client-facing requirements gathering and analysis, working closely with internal & external key stakeholders.
* Working closely with the prospects & clients and provide feedback through relevant escalation channels to Product Management.
* Assisting our clients to build technical API/Connectors interfaces to our Products.
* Configuring and/or customizing various workflows and process-related aspects of our API and CRM Connectors.
* Providing best practices, consultancy and golden standard approaches to insure stability and proper usage of our APIs.
* Actively participating in enhancing our API’s and CRM Connectors suite and knowledge database (e.g. documentation review, feedback on products/project methodology, development of "how-to" entries, etc.).
* Conversing with client technical resources as well as operational teams to articulate and translate business requirements into complexes technical API streams.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g. Bachelor’s degree) required, preferably in finance or banking/computer technology; graduate/second-level (e.g. Master's/MBA) degree preferred
  • 7+ years of SaaS implementation experience, preferably within a financial institution or financial software organization related to business intelligence & data analysis
  • Hands on experience working with RESTful API’s and or SOAP API’s
  • Outstanding team leading skills and leadership skills to foster teamwork.
  • Experience with scripting preferably in HTML/CSS, Python and or JavaScript, is an advantage
  • Capability to lead and participate in all phases of an implementation project
  • First-hand experience with Market’s standard CRM/ERP (Salesforce, MSD Dynamics)
  • Strong track record of excellent results delivered to internal or external clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including good presentation skills, and the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels, with both internal and external parties.
  • Fluency in English

Annual base salary gross: 77,700.00 to 124,300.00. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
