  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in program management, client services or management consulting.
  • Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation projects to customers (e.g., cloud migrations or multi-cloud transformations across data warehousing and analytics, application development, or cybersecurity solutions).
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time as required.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Familiarity with cloud marketing trends.
  • Ability to build collaborative partnerships and influence effectively cross-functionally in a matrixed organization in a fast-growing, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.
  • Thought leadership and relationship building/management skills with internal and external stakeholders in sales, skilling, partnership, GTM, etc. Ability to think big and challenge the status quo, while driving execution.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, persuasive in written communications, and executive presence. High proficiency structuring analysis and executive communications.

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the current strategy and taking our sales and partner enablement efforts to the next level. You will be in close alignment with our Internal Communication Lead, Offers, Product, Partner, and Sales teams for a seamless integration of our offers and services for field and partner organizations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
  • Develop and land sales and partner enablement go-to-market strategy that scale across all business segments, ensuring that these teams are set up for success.
  • Lead across stakeholder team, including events, cloud marketing, corporate communications, product, engineering, partners, and sales to deliver the go-to-market programs to meet business Objectives and key results (OKRs) and drive skills in market.
  • Partner with content development and offers teams to create training and enablement content to set our sales teams up for success.
  • Ensure that Google Cloud skilling is integrated into Google Cloud Sales Plays.
  • Partner with go-to-market lead and sales teams to land workshops and ensure that Google Cloud learning is represented in battlecards, value proposition messaging, and other critical resources for sales enablement.
