  • Experience working within the Mobile Hardware industry, with Carriers, Retailers, and Distribution partners in Poland managing accounts.
  • Experience discussing agreements and working at C-level within the region.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in business management, business development, or partner management in a consumer electronics/hardware company.
  • Ability to clarify and summarize a broader retail team focused on all aspects of our mobile business, including our growing hardware portfolio, and retail merchandizing.
  • Ability to plan and manage at executive and operational level within a retail business environment.
  • Ability to interpret legal documents and work with lawyers to complete agreements.
  • Ability to elaborate presentations and make business analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and detail-oriented skills.

We are now starting the second stage of our channel partnerships and invite you to be a part of the New Business Development team. The mission of this team is to help expand Hardware into new channels such as Enterprise, targeted verticals such as ISPs, hospitality, EDU as well as to explore new business models. The group will collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Operations and Product within Hardware and also across Product Areas.

Our Devices and Services combines the best of Google AI, Software, and Hardware to create radically helpful experiences for users. The EMEA Al team commercializes these new technologies to make our user interaction with computing faster, seamless, and more powerful. Whether finding new ways to capture and sense the world around us, advancing form factors, or improving interaction methods, the Devices and Services team is making people's lives better through technology. This includes the Partnerships with leading Carriers and Retailers for products such as Pixel phones and watches.

As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will focus on Google-branded hardware across product categories. You will be responsible for managing the partnership with our regional distribution partner, developing channel strategy, discussing commercial terms, marketing and merchandising, working with our partners, and overall market sharing goals. You will partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, Retail Marketing teams internally, and with our retail counterparts across these disciplines.

The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google’s artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the regional distribution partner to develop and deliver channel strategy, working directly with our partner and their Sales teams to build business plans across the region.
  • Manage hardware products and business growth. Identify opportunities and drive the understanding you have with the partners to take Google Hardware to the next level.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the hardware retail business and Telco business in Poland.
  • Manage promotions including results, analysis of the budget spent, and document best practice.
