This position is focused on management, analysis, and reconciliation of healthcare data. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare related finance and have a mindset towards process optimization. You will be part of a small team that supports a large team. Much of your work will involve problem solving, and gathering requirements from internal teams.


If you are located in San Antonio, TX, you will have the flexibility to work remotely *, as well as work in the office as you take on some tough challenges. Hybrid role - 3 days per week, remote 2 days per week.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • ETL Development
  • Reconciliation of eligibility and financials
  • Report development
  • SQL development
  • Process improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of ETL experience
  • 3+ years of experience as an Analyst - preferably financial analysis
  • Experience building reports (Tableau or Power BI)
  • Expert knowledge of SQL
  • Expert knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to work from office at least 3 days per week


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with healthcare claims adjudication
  • Experience with healthcare revenue cycle
  • Proven presentation skills
