SUMMARY OF POSITION 
As a product operations specialist, you will be part of a product team that contributes directly to the revenue of a business unit. You will work with the digital lending product team, streamlining and improving the team’s work processes.  You will assist in developing standardized approaches to researching and quantifying customer insight so that we better understand opportunities in the marketplace and better capture critical needs through win/loss analysis.

You will assist the team in establishing a consistent approach to analyzing product price structures and assist in evaluating new product bundling opportunities to drive new selling opportunities.  You will help ensure that we can capture, track, and report on product transactional activities to assist in revenue reporting.  You will assist the team in addressing compliance questions, overseeing our SOC2 audits and Pen test exercises.  Lastly, you will assist in developing a consistent approach to roadmap development and the verbalization of our work with internal and external stakeholders. You must enjoy interacting with clients, learning how they use our products, and helping us better understand the strengths and weaknesses of our portfolio. You must also exhibit a high degree of professionalism in your work and interaction with others.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports so that product can use the opportunity pipeline to help sales close business.
  • Establish a win/loss program for evaluating customer wins and prospect losses and convert those findings into actionable items.
  • Monitor product pricing – assist in updates or modifications to the pricing calculator based upon market activity.
  • Evaluate product bundling opportunities that could simplify pricing and/or drive customer adoption.
  • Work with finance to evaluate product line usage statistics. Partner with sales work to analyze under trending accounts, identifying opportunities to expand current contracts.
  • Develop a consistent approach to roadmap design and visualization so that it can be shared with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Establish a cadence with internal stakeholders to share product roadmaps.
  • Act as a liaison among stakeholders in order to analyze, prioritize, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or equivalent related work experience.
  • 3 years product management experience.
  • Ability to work onsite in a hybrid remote capacity in our Minnesota office.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Scrum/Agile experience.
  • Experience in working with teams to develop wireframes and specifications for new product features.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – Ability to communicate product activities to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, judgment, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Preferred experience with electronic signing, vaulting, financial services.
  • Data Driven – use financial data, transaction metrics, and opportunity analysis out of Saleforce to drive decision-making.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce. 
  • Familiarity with reporting solutions such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong team player and facilitator who can build consensus across broad and varied stakeholders.
