We’re the CRO Business Operations team. We inspect the health of the business and drive actions at a global scale. We define global performance, planning and pipeline standards to drive effectiveness and consistency across Sales & Distribution. We design and execute key GTM (go-to-market) priorities, setting the company up for long-term growth, efficiency, and customer success. We align and collaborate with teams across regions and functions, reducing friction and accelerating company goals.

We are looking for a Manager to join the Global Forecast and Pipeline Planning & Analysis team within the CRO Business Operations team. In this role, you will become a pipeline subject matter expert, leading key planning, operations, and analytics initiatives that support the sales organization in achieving pipeline goals. A successful candidate will be someone who has exceptional collaboration skills, as you will need to work closely and optimally with multiple cross-functional business and technical teams. This individual needs to balance operational with strategic, is a structured problem solver, has superior analytical skills, is not afraid to dive into tough and complex datasets, has relentless curiosity, and an outstanding attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate the design and implementation of all aspects of the sales pipeline target setting program
  • Program management for data analytics solutions required to deliver target setting at scale
  • Establish transparent, reliable, program progress tracking and deliver clear communications to collaborators, functional owners, and senior leadership
  • Deliver data-driven findings, solution options & recommendations to streamline planning tools and process
  • Coordinate across multiple planning stakeholders on the timely delivery of critical data dependencies
  • Partner with sales analytics, data visualization and data engineering to own and deliver the pipeline dashboard portfolio roadmap
  • Support GTM data governance and contribute to organization-wide quarterly data reporting processes


What You Bring to the Team:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in sales strategy, sales operations, business operations, FP&A (financial planning & analysis), strategy or operations consulting, or other similar roles
  • Proven track record of operating with a high level of autonomy and managing ambiguity
  • Ability to structure complex problems, diagnose issues, originate new solutions and make recommendations
  • Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to build expertise or gain new skills
  • Exceptional communication skills to work and collaborate with global teams
  • Attention to detail and striving for excellence
  • Proficiency in SQL and basic understanding of Tableau (or equivalent); high proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides (or their Microsoft equivalents)

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $140,000 to $236,900.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $140,000 to $236,900.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
