Key Responsibilities
- Create and coordinate detailed Team Plans for the QA Team and Higher-Level Delivery Plans for other stakeholders.
- Track and report issues encountered by the team during a Project on a regular basis.
- Identify, report and (if possible) create mitigation strategies for risks to a project.
- Communicate project progress to variety of stakeholders on a regular basis – escalating immediately when risk(s) to project timelines is identified.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Experience with Software UAT.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analysis and attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills.
- Good Stakeholder Management skills.
- Microsoft Excel.
- Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with Project Management frameworks (e.g. Agile).
- Familiarity with QA tools: JIRA (Defect Reporting) & TestRail (Test Case Management).
