As an Implementation Engineer in the KYC Solution Delivery team, you will be participating in various implementation projects by providing assistance to our clients for the configuration, and implementation of our KYC products. You should possess both functional and technical capabilities together with client-facing skills. In general, you will be expected to assist in performing project tasks such as:

• Collaborative Project Participation- Work closely with project managers, customer success managers, and product specialists to gather business requirements and implement solutions that precisely meet our clients' needs. You'll also assist in the installation and upgrading of our software, ensuring seamless integration for our clients
• Tailored Configuration -Utilize your expertise to configure our software to match our clients' specific requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and usability
• Thorough Testing - Dive into testing activities, including unitary, integration, and UAT testing, to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of our solutions.-
• Empowering Client Training - Provide technical training to clients', empowering them to make the most of our products

• Efficient Tracking and Enhancement - Utilize our tracking systems to efficiently manage issues and timesheets, while actively participating in enhancing our product suite and knowledge database. Your contributions will include documentation review, providing feedback on products/project methodology, and developing 'how-to' entries. Qualifications:

• An undergraduate/first-level degree in engineering, computer science, or a related IT field is required
• Experience with enterprise clients in a SAAS environment is essential. While experience with finance instruments within banking or insurance industries, and in 3rd party screening and monitoring solutions for AML, KYC, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, and Exposed Person risk management would be advantageous, experience with large enterprise clients in a SAAS environment is more important.
• Familiarity with file transfer protocols, IT security, SaaS applications, and Cloud Services is beneficial
• Strong problem-solving skills are essential for tackling the challenges you'll encounter in this role
• Client Communication- Effective communication with clients is crucial for building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
