Imagine Learning Sales Development Representatives (Literacy) are industry-experienced and undergo full sales and product training. They ensure that a potential customer's initial interaction with our company is positive and well-informed. Industry studies have shown that responding to customer inquiries within an hour gives a 37% better chance of meaningful interaction, the Imagine Learning Sales Development Representative will typically call within minutes of a customer filling out a form requesting contact. The Sales Development Representative role carries a quarterly bonus for those that successfully hit certain required metrics.

Position Type : This is a regular, full-time position.

Compensation : Base pay is anticipated to be between $18.14 and $23.00 per hour . Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

Location : In this US-based position your location will be hybrid, you will work in our Tempe, AZ office three days a week, with the option to work remotely the other two days.

Share Your Expertise .

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
  • Experience with selling solutions into K- 12 education market is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail orientated with the ability to work in a high paced environment managing shifting workloads and multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and work with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook in a Microsoft Windows environment. Experience with NetSuite is an advantage but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and 3+ years business to business sales experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience. Teaching or school administrator experience a plus.
