Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and results-driven individual to fill the role of Trader. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to meet our clients' objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital advertising, with hands-on experience in campaign management, optimization, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital advertising strategies across Facebook Ads and Google Ads platforms.
- Create, manage, and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics, including but not limited to ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and overall digital marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continually enhance campaign performance.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns and achieving KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
