    オートデスクが定義するセグメンテーション ミッドマーケットの建設業(AEC)向け顧客に対し、新規案件発掘をインサイドセールスとして業務を担当します。

    担当アカウントに対し、ミッドマーケットの外勤営業と協力し、新規案件の発掘を行い、アカウント担当営業へ案件を渡す役割がメインの職務となります。

    多岐にわたる社内のステークホルダー(外勤営業、更新チーム, 他のインサイドセールス部門, テクニカルセールス、マーケティングなど)と協業し、新規ビジネス案件における四半期および年間の目標を達成することが評価項目となります。

    職務内容

    • 担当アカウントからの新規案件発掘(更新ビジネスは担当しません)

    • アサインされたアカウントを担当する外勤営業と密にコミュニケーションを図り、戦略立案と実施を行う

    • アサインされたアカウントのビジネスの最大化を図るため、社内ステークホルダーと協業を行う

    • 新規ビジネスに関するビジネスプランの策定及びレビューを実施

    • トークスクリプト作成、提案資料作成、新規顧客情報の入手と共有など、ビジネスを遂行する上で必要なアクションをとる

    • 担当する製品や業界の課題を顧客へ説明し、顧客の課題を把握し、提案を行う

    • イベント(ウェビナーなど)の立案及び運営サポート

    応募資格

    • 3年以上のIT業界でのセールス、または同等の経験を有すること。特にインサイドセールスの経験を有すること。

    • マーケティングチームと協業し、リードジェネレーションやリードナーチャリングを実行した経験を有すること。

    • 数字に対する強いコミットメントと、結果に対する責任感を持っていること。

    • 営業デジタルツールの使用経験があり、かつ積極的に使う意欲があること。

    • データ分析とデータ活用を積極的に行えること。

    • 複雑な問題や予期せぬ変化、曖昧な状況に対して、フレキシブルに対応が出来ること。

    • 自発的に行動できる方。また、製品や業界の動向などの知識も積極的に自ら学習できる方。

    • 積極的に新しいアイデアを発案し、それを発言し、新しいアイデアを取り組んでいけること。

    Position Overview

    We are now growing the team! Autodesk japan is now looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the team. You will work in a hybrid position reporting directly to the Senior Manager Japan Hub Sales in Japan. As an Inside Sales representative, you will discover new opportunities for customers in the construction industry (AEC) within the mid-market segment defined by Autodesk.

    Your main role will be to collaborate with the mid-market field sales team to uncover new opportunities and then hand these opportunities over to the account sales representatives

    Responsibilities
    • Discover new opportunities from assigned accounts (you will not be responsible for renewal business).

    • Work with the field sales team assigned to your accounts to strategize and implement plans.

    • Collaborate with team members (field sales, renewal teams, other inside sales departments, technical sales, marketing) to maximize the business potential of assigned accounts.

    • Develop and review business plans related to new business opportunities.

    • Take necessary actions to conduct business, such as creating talk scripts, preparing proposal materials, and obtaining and sharing new customer information.

    • Explain the challenges of the products and industries you are responsible for to customers, understand their challenges, and make proposals.

    • Plan and help operate events (webinars, etc.)

    Minimum Qualifications
    • At least 3 years of sales experience in the IT industry, in inside sales, or equivalent experience.

    • Experience working with the marketing team to build lead generation and lead nurturing.

    • Commitment to numbers and results.

    • Experience using digital sales tools and CRMs.

    • Experience conducting data analysis.

    • Experience handling complex problems, unexpected changes

    • Ablity to learn about products and industry trends.

    • Experience proposing new ideas, express them, and implement new ideas.

    • Team-oriented and cooperative.
