Since 2011, Raytheon Australia have been contracted to deliver facilities services in support of the Harold E. Holt (HEH) Defence Precinct in Exmouth, Western Australia. Home to the Space Surveillance Telescope (SST), the C-Band Radar and Very Low Frequency (VLF) radio transmission capability, together these systems add a critical contribution to Australia's space domain awareness and battlespace awareness missions.

Right now, we are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a bright and energised Maintenance Scheduler to join our inspired team.

To support our mission, Raytheon Australia is currently seeking a motivated individual who is ready to work with a diverse, talented, and enthusiastic team on-site in Exmouth WA.

Reporting to the Senior Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for optimising the forward plan of work across the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining the maintenance downtime master schedule for our Mission Systems and supporting infrastructure.
• Optimising schedules considering a combination of factors such as asset availability, labour utilisation, cost.
• Tracking actual completion data against schedules and learning from deviations

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• Certificate III in an Engineering related discipline with 6 years experience scheduling in an operations, maintenance or project environment.
• Demonstrated experience scheduling in Maximo (preferred), SAP, or MS Project.
• A strong communicator, you’ll be able to show examples where you’ve worked across teams to gather requirements, spot conflicts and resolve issues, while bringing stakeholders with you.
• Demonstrate analytical problem solving, for example, where you’ve made scheduling decisions to trade off between competing priorities for the best business outcomes
• Candidate must be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Eligibility can be found at http://www.defence.gov.au/ag with ability to satisfy ITAR material access compliance.
