The GOLD (Global Organizational Leadership Development) Program at Avery Dennison is a two-year rotational program designed to accelerate the careers of recent graduates. As a Digital GOLD Associate in the Aftermarket division, you will gain hands-on experience in various digital project management functions, with a focus on supporting the Aftermarket region's order-to-cash process. You will develop essential skills and build a strong foundation for future leadership roles within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support:
Assist in project planning, including creating timelines, task lists, and resource allocation.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager and stakeholders.
Assist with project documentation, ensuring all information is organized and accessible.
Coordinate project meetings and take meeting minutes.
Digital Asset Management:
Organize and manage digital assets, such as images, videos, and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
Work with content creators and designers to ensure assets meet project requirements.
Prepare and upload assets to relevant platforms or content management systems.
Content Management:
Assist with content creation and editing, ensuring it is optimized for different platforms and channels.
Upload and publish content to websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
Monitor and respond to user comments and feedback on digital platforms.
Technical Support:
Assist with website updates and maintenance, including troubleshooting technical issues.
Provide basic technical support to team members and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and trends.
Order to Cash Support
Represent, discuss, and provide information about the order-to-cash process for different sites within the Aftermarket region
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues related to order-to-cash
GOLD Program Participation:
Actively engage in GOLD Program activities, including training sessions, workshops, and networking events.
Participate in cross-functional projects and collaborate with colleagues from different departments and locations.
Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals within the company.
Complete two 12-month rotations in different functions and locations, gaining exposure to various aspects of the business.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as digital media, marketing, or communications.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital project management tools and content management systems.
Familiarity with website development and design principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Passion for digital technologies and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Willingness to relocate every 12 months for different rotations.

Location:
The initial location for this role will be ideally in The Netherlands or Dallas,TX. Subsequent rotations may be in other Avery Dennison locations globally.
