    Position Overview

    The Autodesk Enterprise Customer Success (ECS) organization is looking for accomplished, and enthusiastic individual to join our APAC Consulting Services team as a Senior Implementation Consultant.

    You will work in a hybrid position reporting directly to ECS Manager in Korea to provide post-sale technical and business consulting to help guide successful adoption of Autodesk solutions.

    As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will use your manufacturing industry and technical knowledge to help our customers put design, engineering, and manufacturing solutions into real-world.

    You will work directly with our main customers to offer consulting services including building system for process improvement and automation of important workflows, help with software API training, configuration, mentoring and technical guidance. Providing these services will ensure customers are maximizing the value from their investment in Autodesk technologies and ensuring the success of transformational changes to their business.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with Autodesk's large customers to implement solutions, related to automotive design, manufacturing processes, and factory solutions
    • Help to define digital transformation strategies, design solutions, and guide projects through to success
    • Assist with technology configuration, scripting, development, deployment, training, and more
    • Demonstrate technical expertise and leadership to help customers achieve their goals
    • Establish working relationships with customers as a trusted technical advisor
    • Contribute to task estimation and scoping including scope clarification with customersCollaborate with customers, external partners, and Autodesk team members to deliver solutions and resolve technical issues

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, one related degree (or equivalent experience)
    • At least 3 years software development
    • Experience in Automotive Design or Manufacturing industry/technology
    • Working knowledge of Python programming language
    • Familiarity with cloud solutions and services
    • Plan tasks and carry them out according to schedule.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of Autodesk Flow Production Tracking (formally Shotgrid)
    • Experience with Autodesk Cloud Solutions
    • Knowledge of C++ programming
    • Knowledge of Web development is advantageous (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS…)
    • Knowledge of SubD Modeling, Polymodeling, or Surface modeling
    • Digital Twin, AR/VR/MR and Data Management are beneficial
    • Technical consulting experience or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding customers
    • Knowledge of tools, techniques and practices for analyzing the purpose and scope of a project regarding cost and benefits
    • Experience understanding new or unfamiliar concepts quickly
    • English language skills would be advantageous.
