Raytheon - Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is seeking a Senior Program Manager (PM) to manage programs within the Space Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (S-ISR) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU). This position is responsible for cost, schedule, technical, operational security and customer interface. This includes profit and loss (P&L) and annual operations planning (AOP) accountability for the program.
What You Will Do
Provide leadership, direction, and implementation management of a medium sized DevSecOps program
Lead using industry standard Agile/DevSecOps practices while working closely within the matrixed organization
Set program priorities, resolve conflicts and barriers, implement gates and major reviews with the customer
Manage cost, schedule, operational security and customer interface activities
Work on the vast number of proposals
Facilitate Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) with test participants
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in a related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline with a
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Program or Capture Management
Experience capturing new business/program(s) while working proposals via customer engagement
Experience working in a Software Development, DevSecOps, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment (excluding production and hardware areas)
Experience working with Risk and Opportunity management practices
An active and in-scope TS/SCI U.S. government issued security clearance is required for consideration. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Experience in communication ground architecture
Experience with program performance turn-around
Experienced leader competencies, especially influential communications, strategic thinking, cultivating innovation, collaboration, developing talent, customer focus, and driving results
Effective interpersonal skills especially in team building and customer relationships
