The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 1500 skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, functional system testing, installation supervision and commissioning. However, over the last decade, it has evolved to become the largest engineering hub. The India Operations Centre is a key aspect of the Power Grids business Power Up transformation program. The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center team at Chennai supports Hitachi Energy’s units in more than 40 countries across a wide portfolio of all the four business units in Power Grid business. To date, the team has executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries.
Mission Statement:
Hitachi Energy, High Voltage Products has Secondary Engineering team for Gas Insulated Switchgear to produce Local Control Cubicles. The work involves mainly to develop and maintain applications for Zuken E3 Cad as per the engineering team requirements. You will be an individual contributor who would deliver the tasks as per the given inputs and when required, need to work in coordination with other colleagues and should exhibit good collaborative skills to complete the task.
Your Responsibilities:
Analyze and troubleshoot problems.
Suggest Workarounds and Root Cause Analysis.
Issue routing, assignment and Monitoring.
Resolve any issues that can be fixed by configuration.
Service Requests.
Application Monitoring and Predictive analysis.
Manage Inn face & Granta integration.
User Access Management., Build management, Code maintenance.
Identification of Possible De-Customization.
Application monitoring, Infrastructure Operations & Maintenance.
Windchill Application Installations and Update (Rehost, CPS update, Creo Parametric, Creo View, WGM, Office Worker etc.)

Your Background:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
Must have 1 -3 years of experience.
Communication skills with users from other cultural background.
