What You Will Do

  • Administrative support to Bulding 2 Operations. This includes but not limited to:

  • Download and management of SAP data.

  • Download of monthly raw data from SAP CADO and ZIRR for capacity planning and HPP productivity review

  • Download of performance tracking charts such as daily flow rate, lead time tracking and backlog charts.

  • Collaborate with Operation Leaders to close EHS and Quality findings timely.

  • Level 3 project coordinator who perform pre-job EHS assessment for contractor and supervise contractors in accordance to EHS requirements.

  • Escort contractors in and out of premises in compliance with ITC requirements.

  • Participate in safety and continuous improvement programs, CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities and any other additional tasks assigned by Building Unit Manager (BUM).

  • Willing to work either on 2nd or 3rd shifts.

  • Perform weekend duty supervisor either on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts to ensure shop discipline.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in related fields.

  • Proficient in soft skills (Microsoft Excel & Power Point).

  • Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience is a plus.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Engineering or equivalent in related fields.

  • Min 5 years of supervisory experience or Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience.

  • Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience is a plus.
