YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

The Production Planning Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing our production processes and ensuring the efficient flow of materials and resources. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in production planning, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making. This role requires a proactive individual who is eager to contribute to our team’s success and develop their skills further in a fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes. Coordinate with various departments to align production plans with demand forecasts and inventory levels.

• Data Analysis: Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the procurement team to ensure optimal stock levels of raw materials and components. Assist in managing inventory turnover and minimizing excess stock.

• Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices. Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to streamline operations.

• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, inventory status, and other relevant metrics. Highlight key findings and areas for action to management.

• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve production-related issues as they arise, working to minimize disruptions and maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning or a related field, with a proven ability to manage production schedules and analyze data effectively.

• Languages: English written and spoken is mandatory

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Excel Intermediate

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

  • Knowledge in MRP`s preferably Oracle. 

  • Sense of urgency is required.

  • Possesses solid mathematical aptitude, attention to detail and logical problem solving skills.

  • Skilled in working independently in a safe and timely manner necessary, focussed on the business necessities.

  • Service attitude focused on our internal and external customers.

  • Adaptive, flexible, able to handle ambiguity and Tolerance to the frustration..

  • Understanding of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of Supply Chain, Materials Management, and Logistics and all related focus areas.

  • Partnering skills.

  • Essential communication, interpersonal skills to work with all levels.
